Groove is Emily Van Hoff’s first fabric range for Moda Fabrics. Emily is a Chicago based quilt artist and designer, whose vibrant work exists at the intersection of art, craft, and design, focusing on unexpected forms, experimentation, and joy. As a pattern designer, she draws on her background in graphic design and her love of quilting with solids to create prints that will have you thinking about quilts in a fresh, new way.

It brings to life a vibrant world of patterns that this solids-loving enthusiast is thrilled to sew with! The extra-large scale of each print gives the impression of a quilt pieced from solids, while the curvy, interwoven designs bring unexpected movement and complexity. They work beautifully as whole cloth quilts, and when cut to smaller sizes, they reveal a variety of perfect, curvy, color blocked pieces. Each design is built from continuous lines, intertwining and unraveling in their own ways. They make the perfect guides for a meditative hand stitching project. Fabric is 100% Quilting Cotton fabric and 274cm (104″wide)
Fabric is $51 per metre and is sold in increments cut across the width of the fabric, eg 1 =25cm, 2=50cm, 3=75cm and 4=1m.
Multiple qtys will be supplied as a continuous length. For example choosing a quantity of 8 would mean you receive two continuous metres.
