
Shipping & Returns
Berry Quilt & Co takes pride in packing and sending your selections as quickly as we can, usually the same day. Exceptions to this turn around time will be Tuesdays, Weekends or Public Holidays when we are not open.
Shipping Costs
We ship via Australia Post.
Purchases totalling over $150, for Australian addresses only, are eligible for FREE Postage.
Orders up to $150 may choose between $10 for standard postage or $15 for Express Post.
If you are purchasing one or two small things that would not cost $10 to post , we are happy to quote you accurate postage. In this instance, please contact us directly by phone.
Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched from Berry NSW 2535, and you can choose Regular Post or Express Post for delivery. Depending on your location, most orders should be received within 3-5 working days, but please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. If there is any change to this advertised delivery time we will contact you.
We are outside the guaranteed overnight network for many locations, however choosing Express Post may still speed up your delivery. If you are not sure if Express Post will be quicker for you, check the Australia Post website Express Post information page. Please note that our postcode is 2535.
International Post
International Post is possible but please contact us by email for a postal quote. Free postage does not apply to international orders.

Returns
We hope you love your purchases from our online store, and that our parcel has been a delight to open, but if anything in your parcel does not meet your expectations, please contact us straight away.
Damaged Goods
If your parcel is damaged before opening, please take a photograph of the outside for us. This way we can take up the issue with our freight forwarder if necessary.
If you’ve opened your parcel, please keep your ‘packed by slip’ and any documentation so we can trace the origin of the issue if necessary.
Refunds
We will refund for faulty goods, and your return postage costs will be refunded to you if there is a manufacturer’s fault or if we are at fault.
We do not refund for changes of mind and in this case return postage costs are also not refundable. We take care when posting our stock images but please take into consideration the difficulty of representing colours accurately on a computer monitor when purchasing your fabric. If you would like a snippet of something please call or email us in advance.
Please do not return any goods without contacting us first.
