Ruby Star Society Guest designer Jen Hewett is back with another warm and bright collection with Ruby Star Society. Jen’s grandmother was named Florence and she was partial to a fruity, fizzy drink Jen inherited her cocktail recipe book. Inside she discovered the refreshing tipple called Floradora, and it seemed the perfect name for this spring inspired fabric group in the fresh and bright palette. Along with her signature floral style there are modern geometrics that create a pleasing mix of line and shape.
A Moda Jelly Roll includes 40 x 2 1/2 inch, width of fabric strips (WOF=42 inches), all cut with a pinked edge, ready to sew together. Many jelly rolls have 40 unique prints, allowing you to make a project with a scrappy but with coordinating colours. Occasionally, when the range has fewer than 40 fabrics there will be a few duplicated prints.
