This kit is for the My Favourite Colour is Moda Bella Solid Sampler. It is in the Primrose Garden Colourway. A gorgeous mix of pinks, lemons peaches, cream and a few shades of leaf and lime green. It’s an absolute stunner. In total, there is more than 10m of Bella Solid fabric by Moda in the kit and a step by step pattern booklet published by Moda. If you’ve ever wanted to make purely sold quilt but didn’t know where to start. This is your chance to do it with all the hard colour choices already made for you.
I love the idea that it is a sampler but all the blocks are different sizes and sewn together without sashing, giving it an energetic modern look. There are 31 blocks in total using traditional piecing techniques. Full instructions and diagrams are provided in the pattern booklet meaning that it is suitable for adventurous beginners who have done a bit of pattern reading.
Some stores have run this quilt as a block of the month but for simplicity, we have chosen to bundle it together as one-off kit so you can sew as quickly as you want! The kit contains all the fabric you need to make the quilt top. It does not contain the backing or binding. Fabric is as pictured in our kit photographs and IS the same fabric as pictured in the printed images on the cover of the pattern.
