In A Spin is a fantastic scrap busting quilt by Lynne Wilson. In A Spin can be made from scraps, fat-eighths or fat-quarters. The quilt has twenty blocks and a pieced border and binding. A sample made from 8 of the kit fabrics is pictured.
In A Spin Sample Kit
The purpose of a starter kit is to provide a selection of fabrics that will inspire you to dive into your own stash and get you started on an In A Spin quilt that is unique to you. We have chosen fabrics that strongly mirror the fabrics used by Lynne in her quilt (pictured) – colourful contemporary fabrics with some bold florals, stripes and small geometric patterns. We have included enough background fabric to complete the quilt. To complete the quilt top you will need to source an additional 24 fat-eighths and 1m of light fabric for the borders and
The starter kit contains 16 fat-eighths and 4 x 50cm of background fabrics, the In A Spin pattern designed and published by Lynne Wilson Designs and pattern template . The quilt finishes at 157 cm x 188 cm (62″ x 74″)
The kit does not contain backing, binding or wadding.
