Basting Spray Temporary Adhesive for fabrics & papers. In quilting we use this glue as a replacement for pins when basting a quilt. Brilliant for quick small projects or samples and robust enough for larger quilts. It is water based and so it easily washes out once your quilting is complete. Our machine quilting teacher Deborah Louie uses it to baste her machine quilted quilts and replies on it to hold her sandwich together without pins. One can of 505 will baste a single bed size quilt but you will need two or more for larger quilts. It is odourless, colourless, acid-free and contains no fluorocarbons. It is low mist but use in an area where you can easily clear up any overspray.
