Matilda’s Own Wadding/Batting. 100% Polyester 2.4m wide. $20/m This wadding is suitable for machine or hand quilting. It contains a fine scrim to prevent bearding and is machine washable. Polyester is the best wadding to use if the quilt will need a lot of washing and drying. Polyester is not a heavy fibre when wet and can take most heavy treatments if machine quilted. It is possible to had quilt polyester wadding as well but it has a higher loft than the cotton and cotton blends.
Sold in a 2.5m package. Which means your wadding piece would measure 2.5m x 2.4m The wadding costs $20/m and we have added an additional $8 loading to this price on top of our normal postage charges to cover the additional postage and packing that a bulky item like wadding costs to send. (2.5 x $23 = $50 Plus $8 means we will charge $58.) The checkout process will add your choice of the standard or express postage charge.
