This listing is for the Parrot Blue ByAnnie fold-over elastic which matches exactly the Parrot Blue ByAnnie Mesh and Zips. This elastic is supplied in a small pack containing 2 yards or 180cm of elastic. (Some of our other colours are supplied in continuous yardage. This colour is currently only available in the small package.)
Fold-over elastic provides a decorative finish to apparels, crafts, hairbands and more! The elastic is shiny on one side and matte on the other to allow for flexibility in aesthetic and is creased along the center for easier folding and sewing.
